When you use a form on this site, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number if you add it, the program or age group you pick, your message, and how you heard about us. That is it. We do not collect anything you did not hand us on purpose.

What we do with it

We use your information to send you tryout details, answer your questions, and follow up about sponsorships and events. Nothing else.

We never sell your information. Not to anyone, not for anything. We do not share it either, except with the tools below that make the site work.

• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form submissions in a secure database.
• Resend delivers form submissions to the club’s inbox by email.

This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics, and nothing on it follows you across other websites.

Children

Our programs serve young athletes, but this website is built for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site. The adult is always the user.

Your choices

Want to know what we have, want it corrected, or want it deleted? Email info@playadmiralsbaseball.com and ask. We will handle it, no hoops.

California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for asking. Since we never sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but the rest applies and the email above is how you use it.
