Who we are
Northern California's development club.
Admirals Baseball Club is a nonprofit youth travel baseball and softball program in Vacaville and Sacramento, California, training players 8u to 18u year-round at The ACE. Tournaments run February through October. Conditioning runs November through January.
Founder Dyron Rolling built the Admirals around one idea: get players genuinely ready for the next level, then put them in front of it. That means real reps, real coaching and real standards, on and off the field.

The Admirals standard
What it takes to wear the A.
Talent gets a player noticed. The standard is what keeps them here. Every Admirals athlete is held to it, from 8u to seniors.
| Club | Minimum GPA | Service events a year | Months of training | Ages | College players developed | MLB roster spots |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Admirals | 3.0 | 2 | 12 | 8–18 | 100+ | 7 |
| College and MLB counts are the club's own totals across its first six senior classes. | ||||||

Coach D
“Some events give you exposure. Others expose you.”
Dyron Rolling founded the Admirals to develop players before chasing showcases. His players have gone on to college programs and professional baseball, and the club's alumni come home to The ACE every December to train with the next group.

When are Admirals tryouts?
Admirals Baseball Club holds tryouts every November at The ACE in Vacaville and in Sacramento. The 2026 dates go to families on the tryout list first, then get posted on this site. When a roster spot opens during the year, the club also holds private evaluations.
What ages do the Admirals take?
Admirals baseball teams run from 8u through high school. The Rolling Two~Ones are for advanced 7th and 8th graders. Lady Admirals softball runs from 12u through 18u.
Do Admirals players have to keep their grades up?
Yes. Every Admirals athlete keeps a 3.0 GPA or better and gives back at two charitable events a year. The club treats school and service as part of player development, not extra credit.
What does it cost to play for the Admirals?
Fees depend on the team, the age group and the tournament schedule. Coaches walk every family through the full cost before anyone commits. The club also raises money at events like the Crab Feed and the Bingo fundraiser to help players in need.
Where do the Admirals train?
Admirals Baseball Club trains at The ACE, 1276 Callen Street in Vacaville, and at its Sacramento facility at 2080 Railroad Drive. Both are indoor, so training runs all year, rain or shine.
Is Admirals Baseball a nonprofit?
Yes. The club operates as Admirals Baseball Academy, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Vacaville, California.
