Dyron Rolling.
Dyron Rolling, known to his players as Coach D, founded Admirals Baseball Club and leads its player development as lead instructor and president.
Coach D has developed players who went on to compete at the highest levels of the game, and he calls himself a middle infield aficionado. He was featured in a documentary on the international scouting work of Leon Lee, Negro Leagues figure Papa Jack, and historic Rickwood Field.
In 2025 he spent the year visiting top programs and talking with coaches and experts across the country about what real development looks like, and brought it home to The ACE. His focus is simple: develop Northern California players the right way, on the field and as people.
“If the legacy I leave is one of developing great players, building even better people, and giving back to the game, then I consider that my greatest achievement.”
